Project Summary
This project focused on creating clear, accessible training materials for restaurant team members learning to operate a commercial batter maker. To ensure accuracy and usability, I met with the equipment manufacturer in the test kitchen to understand the full process of preparing and using the machine.

I created both a step-by-step job aid and a detailed user guide using Inkling Habitat. To support diverse teams, I partnered with TransPerfect to translate the materials and embedded a QR code at the bottom of the job aid, giving team members instant access to both the English and translated versions. I also filmed and edited an instructional video using Camtasia to visually walk through each step of the process, providing an additional layer of support for hands-on learners.

Project Summary
This project aimed to simplify a complex manufacturer-created infographic into a clear, easy-to-follow guide for restaurant managers installing a new scanner device. I collaborated closely with the Digital Technology team and the equipment manufacturer to fully understand the technical steps and ensure accuracy.

Using their original materials as a foundation, I redesigned the content into a streamlined, visually digestible infographic tailored for a restaurant audience. The final version focused on clarity, step-by-step flow, and quick comprehension, making it easy for managers to confidently complete the installation process with minimal disruption to operations.

Project Summary
This project showcases a sample page I designed for a restaurant operations manual, focused on communicating food safety standards clearly and professionally. The goal was to present critical health and hygiene protocols in a way that was both visually engaging and easy to follow for team members at all levels.

I used Adobe InDesign to create the layout, incorporating thoughtful use of hierarchy, typography, and brand-aligned colors. The design breaks down key categories such as sanitation, employee hygiene, surface cleaning, and air quality into digestible sections. This format helps ensure that essential information is accessible and memorable, supporting consistent compliance across restaurant teams.
